Zoom classes
Saturday 9-10:15 am (morning practice) and Monday 7-8:15 pm (evening practice)
My yoga classes focus on the breath, safe alignment, and include meditation. I carefully guide students to become more at home in their bodies and in the present moment. Although both classes are gentle and accessible to all levels, the morning practice is more energizing and the evening practice is calming. Turn off your ringers, set up a quiet space in your home or garden and join us!
