Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy utilizes the tools of yoga to help re-establish a state of balance. In a Yoga Therapy session, we will explore habits and patterns in the body, breath, and thinking that may be contributing to discomfort or imbalance. We then use the tools of yoga to encourage harmony and move toward health and wellness goals. In my years of practicing, clients have benefitted from Yoga Therapy in dealing with issues such as back/knee/hip/shoulder pain, anxiety/depression, asthma, hormone imbalance, fatigue, autoimmune disease, digestive issues, heart disease and others.
